79. A decision of the committee may be corrected if it contains an error in writing, a mistake in calculation or any other clerical error.
Such correction may be effected by the committee of its own initiative, as long as execution of the decision has not commenced. It may also be effected on the motion of a party served in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01).
